To make time available for everyone we ask that you call us at least 24 hours
before your scheduled time if you are unable to keep your appointment.  
We understand that emergencies occur and you don’t have control of every situation.  
If we are unable to answer the phone, you can leave a message on our voicemail.

Hours of Operation
Our general hours of operation are Tuesday through Friday from 9:00 AM until 7:00 PM.
Methods of Payment Accepted
We accept cash, debit cards, VISA, MasterCard, Discover,
American Express credit cards, and personal checks for
payment of services.

Messages
We try to answer every phone call and will try to make an appointment for you if
your stylist is out of the salon.  During the day we are busy and can’t always
answer the phone, please leave a voicemail message including your name and
phone number and we will return your call.  

Beverages and Snacks
We have complimentary coffee, hot tea, a variety of Coca Cola products and bottled water at
all times, seasonally we have hot apple cider and hot cocoa; there is also usually a cake or
cookies for you to enjoy with your beverage.

Sanitation Policy
Your health and safety are important to us.  We use Barbicide, an E.P.A. registered
sanitizer
, to sanitize combs.  Hairbrushes and other hair tools are cleaned and placed in
a UV sanitizer.  A
ll metal tools, cuticle pushers, nippers, etc are cleaned and placed in
OPI Spa Complete.  Spa Complete is a one-step, hospital-grade cleaner and disinfectant.  
This insures that every tool used is clean and sanitary.
